Scouting for Food

Every year, scouts all over Houston collect food for various food banks around the city. Troop 1511 went out with Troop 511 and Pack 511 to visit our neighbors and pick up food to benefit local food bank partner Emergency Aid Coalition and the Houston Food Bank. This year, we are so grateful to our neighbors for helping to provide almost a TON (that's 2,000 pounds) of food!! And many thanks to our scouts and their families for helping us reach those neighbors.
