Feb 1, 2019 welcomes sisters into the Scouts BSA program making scouting a truly family experience! Troop 1511 for girls and Troop 511 for boys meet on the same day at Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas. Having meetings at concurrent times allows for the entire family to enjoy scouting together; as well as making room for individual family activities. The same program applies to both troops, rank advancement and leadship opportunities are available all. Each troop runs it own meeting and events as directed by their youth leadership. There are also joint outings and programs if approved by the scouts. All youth between the ages of 11 - 17 years old are invited to visit our troops on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm at Palmer Memorial Episcopal!
